Motivate Sportz was founded by Clayton Williams, a 15-year-old student-athlete with a passion for motivation and entrepreneurship. Inspired by his family—his sister Kaylee, brother Cody, and parents Chris & Karina Williams—Clayton turned his vision into a reality.

Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, watching Shark Tank, and helping run a Futsal Club on weekends, Clayton learned the value of hard work and leadership from an early age. Now, he’s using that experience to inspire the next generation of athletes.
